After the holiday season, most people put physical activity on their holiday resolution list. Well just a few days into the new year, we have your first step to completing that resolution.

Come join us from 6:00 – 8:00 at the Qualico Sport for Life Centre for an evening of wheelchair basketball and wheelchair tennis. The first hour we will focus on chair movement, ball handling, and shooting, and for the second hour, we will raise a racket and learn the fundamentals of wheelchair tennis.

No experience required, all ages welcome, and all equipment is supplied!
