A special resolution will be brought forward at the Annual General Meeting, November 16, 2022.
The Resolution reads as follows:
Modify Section 4.01 of the MWSA by-laws to include the phrase:
Meetings may be held in person or by electronic means.
With this modification the section shall read:
4.01 Types of Meetings
General Meetings of Members shall include Annual General Meetings and Special General Meetings.
Meetings may be held in person or by electronic means.
