MWSA will be following the initiatives of other provinces and will be launching our own wheelchair loan program as of July 1st, 2016. We will be recalling all MWSA owned wheelchairs starting the first week of July and reevaluating and redistributing them. Moving forward the cost to rent a MWSA wheelchair for the year will be $100 plus a $500 damage deposit. Please see the attached MWSA wheelchair loan application form as well as the MWSA policy and procedure manual. If you are interested in loaning a wheelchair beginning in July please fill out the form and return to the MWSA office.
