Due to the renovations occurring at the University of Winnipeg, the wheelchair basketball and wheelchair rugby programs will be run at the U of M Joe Doupe Centre and St. Alphonsus School.
The Joe Doupe Centre is located at the Bannatyne Campus at the Health Sciences Centre. Players can enter through the McDermot or the Bannatyne (West) entrances. Proceed to the main elevators (two glass elevators) and go to floor BB. Street parking is free around HSC after 5:30 PM.
St. Alphonsus School is located at 343 Munroe Avenue. Please enter through the front doors to get to the gym.
Wheelchair Basketball
Wheelchair Basketball will run Wednesdays from 7:00 to 9:00 PM. Practices will be held at Joe Doupe Centre for the month of April, and at St. Alphonsus School for the month of May.
Wheelchair Rugby
Wheelchair Rugby practices will run Mondays from 7:00 to 9:00 PM at the Joe Doupe Centre until May 15th. There will also be a practice on Tuesday, May 23 from 7:00 – 9:00 PM.
